Coralline Walk will be renamed CitySeed and serve as a botanical co-working area for the community of Thamesmead. Aiming the users of the space at business owners, this area will be able to provide a place where people can come to network, engage, inspire, socialise. To have coffee, work alone in a quiet space or having the opportunity to engage with others around them. Thamesmead residents will benefit from this new 'green' area, in or after work hours, to connect together, and a place to escape to outside of central London. The scheme includes an outside terrace, a cafe, and co-working areas.
